Join us for a demonstration of the newest health & wellness space in the LSU! Currently enrolled DH students are invited to come out & give this new snooze sanctuary a test spin. Visitors will receive a free giveaway (while supplies last).

(6:00pm to 8:30pm)

"It Is Challenge Day!" Courtesy of the LSU Activities Team, watch this mega blockbuster film on Wednesday, August 29th & then again on Thursday, August 30th. While you are there, snap a pic in our special Wakandan Cutout board for the #HornUpChallenge and/or win a free door prize. Showtime is 6:00 pm. Don't forget about our hot & complimentary popcorn service.

  • Limit one win/prize per student.
  • Only posts & entries submitted by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 are eligible to win.
  • Winners notified/announced by Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 11:59 pm on Instagram & LSU website.
  • Contest open to currently enrolled CSUDH students only.
  • A valid CSUDH student ID required at time of prize pick-up.
  • Winners must complete/sign a Prize Redemption Form at time of prize pick-up.
  • This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • Posts that inaccurately tag content or encourage others to inaccurately tag content will be disqualified.
  • For Instagram contest winners, only students who follow @LokerStudentUnion are eligible to win
  • Posts that tie for eligiblility to be entered a random prize drawing will be selected according to submission date/time.

Sustainability Efforts

The Loker Student Union is constantly trying to implement and coordinate environmentally friendly efforts. These are some of our sustainability initiatives.

  • Automatic flushers in all urinals and toilets
  • Automatic soap dispensers in all restrooms
  • Recycling bin for cardboard boxes
  • Recycling containers for bottles and cans throughout the building
  • Reclaimed water irrigation throughout LSU landscape areas
  • Filtered water bottle filling station
  • Hand dryers in all restrooms
  • Natural light in many areas of the facility
  • Motion sensors light switches in all office areas
  • LED lighting in public spaces & Ballrooms
