|Assistant Director, Facility Operations||The Assistant Director, Facility Operations is a member of the administrative staff of the Donald P. and|
Katherine B. Loker University Student Union, Inc. This position reports to the Director, Loker University
Student Union, Inc. and is a member of the auxiliary services within the division of Student Affairs.
The Assistant Director, Facility Operations has primary responsibility for the daily operations of the
Student Union. These functions include: oversight of contracts for service providers and vendors;
supervision of facility maintenance functions including custodial services, building maintenance, facility
reservations, and meeting room setups; coordination of capital outlay projects and budget planning;
assisting with annual budget development and oversight; assisting with policy development and
implementation; working with the Board of Directors and advisory committees as required; serves on
University committees as requested. In the absence of the Director, the incumbent assumes duties as
necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility and represents the Director on
committees and meetings, as necessary.

|Program Coordinator||The Programs Coordinator is a position in the Donald P. and Katherine B. Loker University Student Union, Inc. (LSU.) The|
incumbent will be a LSU exempt, full-time staff employee and will adhere to the rules, regulations and employment
standards established by the Donald P. and Katherine B. Loker University Student Union, Inc.
Under general direction and supervision of the Manager, Programs, Marketing and Assessment, the position of
Programs Coordinator has primary responsibility for the programming functions of the Student Union and includes the
planning, producing, marketing, trouble-shooting, and evaluating of a regular series of activities and programs;
advisement and on-going development of a student programming body; assisting in the design, coordination, and
execution of employee training and development programs; coordination and execution of special events; support to
campus student life programs.
This position is under the general supervision of the Director, Loker University Student Union, Inc. and is a member of the division of Student Affairs at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Under general direction and supervision of the Director, the Manager – PMA has primary responsibility for the programs, marketing and assessment functions of the Student Union. Those functions focus on the promotion of the Student Union as a center of student life through student activities which includes guidance in the growth and development of the student programming body, including budget management; brand management; support of campus student life programs and outreach to develop new collaborative relationships; assessment of the programs and services of the Student Union; and marketing of all Student Union programs and services, including website development and updating. The position supervises professional and student employees who execute public programs, events, and activities, employee training and development, web design, print design, and social media management.
